* The student fee applies to students registered for a full-time higher degree and must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. This rate is not applicable to post-doctoral students. The registration fee includes:
PaymentRegistration fees are payable in advance of the Conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat. Alternative payment methodsChecks should be made payable to Elsevier Ltd. and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the Conference Secretariat. CancellationsSubstitutions can be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary the cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 25 August 2008, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 8 September 2008, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 8 September 2008, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates. ChangesDetails are correct at the time of going to print. Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final program. |
